The essence of this user document is to help Cornell CS students fully exploit Microsoft Teams to streamline the workflow management process only. Therefore, this document will limit the scope to presenting a detailed methodology of dividing a large project into smaller milestones and running Agile practices on Teams. While various features in Teams enhance the software development experience such as integrated hosting, data storage, and functions [4], our user manual will not cover those features.
