Many do not understand what the difference is between Scrum and Agile development, While Agile project management is a large framework of how a team can tackle a project, Scrum is a specific Agile methodology. Scrum has to do with identifying work within a project, deciding who does that work, defining how that work needs to be done, and deciding a specific time for that work to be done by. Because our project required work to be done by certain deadlines, Scrum was something that helped us in our journey to create a User Document. Often in the Scrum methodology, a project team is led by a project manager and the entire team works together to ensure that the board gets done and that it gets done correctly. In the context of a group project, the group may choose to elect a project manager. However, most of the time in class, each team member will play a role in the management of the project. In the Scrum methodology, the completion of a sprint is often followed by a review of that sprint and a retrospective. It is through this retrospective that one can improve upon their ability to participate in Scrum and to lead a team that utilizes the Scrum methodology. As shown in Figure 4, Scrum’s values are a specific subset of Agile values.

Scrums are also not complete until the entire task is completed. The developer can receive credit for the work once it is completed and has gone through iterations from intense review [5].
