Trello is used to visualize the Agile board that your team is using. It is very helpful in practicing good communication skills as well as keeping workflows streamlined and simple.

Creating a Trello Workspace

After you sign up for Trello, you will want to create your first Workspace. Workspaces are essentially hubs for you and your other team members where you can create boards. Name your Workspace according to your project and invite the members of your team. The set-up for how to create a Trello Workspace is seen in Figure 9B.
