Overview

Throughout the manual, we have only introduced and focused on Scrum Agile practice. However, there are other methodologies such as Extreme Programming (XP), Crystal Clear, Feature Driven Development (FDD), Test Driven Development (TDD) [9]. In addition to different methodologies, there are numerous ways to implement Agile management in software development teams. After all, Agile practice is just a tool - development teams should be able to shape it according to their needs. Our user manual simply takes one way of implementing Agile practice within a specific domain - Cornell’s CS undergraduate courses. Delve further into other methodologies and identify the features that could potentially boost the efficiency and speed of the project!
